The bar's ambiance, especially with Michael's entertaining spirit, made our evening special. The city's accessibility with local dining recommendations enhanced our stay significantly.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest. Breakfast offered a fantastic selection, catering to various tastes and preferences. Noise levels were an issue at times, making it hard to fully relax.

View is magnificent.
Little place all in all, has welcoming staff on the reception desk. The breakfast is gorgeous, and the location is beautiful just off Brugge Historic center and the wifi, the centre and restaurants/cafes, and a lovely river with restaurants.

An ideal choice for exploring town in Bruges with excellent value for money. The friendly man at reception made check-in smooth and cute. Look for parking options but expect it to be a bit pricey.

The location was central, right by the center of the city as well as the Christmas market, and there were a central market and a castle walk from the venue.

Ideal location. ,and easy to find off the ring road ,with parking onsite [vital in bruges] .We were upgraded to a superior room which was of very good size with good facilities. We were given a very warm friendly, welcome with lots of local info and a map given to us as well. There was a good selection at the buffet breakfast and all the staff there were also friendly and helpful.

The noise levels were a noticeable downside. Thin walls led to disruptions from loud bumps overhead during the night. The air conditioning was ineffective during a hot spell. While the indoor swimming pool is available, it felt cramped, especially when shared with other guests. Some rooms had awkward layouts. One bathroom had a toilet squeezed into a tight corner. Parking options are limited and pricey, with foreign disability badges reportedly not recognized for free street parking. Breakfast hours were also late, which could be inconvenient for early travelers.

The hotel is not bad, but still a 4 star it is not appropriate. Maximum 3. Pleased that there is parking. Breakfast is not bad. Quiet street.
The bathroom had hair scattered on the floor! The toilet odor. No refrigerator in room, mini bar ..... No clock, there are not many things that were promised ......... Without a paid Internet, there is only computer in the lobby. 3 days maid service was a time, bed linen not changed.

We had a delightful stay; the staff was friendly and very helpful; the location made it east to get to the tourist sites, but was not right in the middle--best of both. I would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers to Brugge.
